At Sai Digitech Professional Institute (SDPI), our Student Rules & Regulations are designed to create a professional, disciplined, and student-friendly learning environment. Every student is expected to carefully read, understand, and comply with these Student Rules & Regulations to ensure quality education, academic excellence, and professional development throughout the course.
Student Rules & Regulations
Student Admission & Fee Policy
- Students must submit all required educational documents, identity proof (where applicable), and recent passport-size photographs at the time of admission.
- Registration Fee and Course Fee must be paid according to the institute’s prescribed fee structure.
- Monthly tuition fee (where applicable) should be deposited on or before the 7th day of every month.
- Failure to pay fees for two consecutive months may result in suspension or cancellation of admission until all outstanding dues are cleared.
- Fees once paid shall be governed by the institute’s Refund Policy and are generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Student Rules & Regulations for Attendance
- Students must attend classes regularly and maintain punctuality throughout the course.
- Leave should be informed in advance to the Centre Manager whenever possible.
- Continuous unexplained absence may affect course completion, examination eligibility, practical training, and certification.
Student Rules & Regulations for Examination & Certification
- Students must appear in all scheduled tests, practical assessments, assignments, and final examinations.
- Students who fail to qualify in the first attempt may reappear for the examination by paying the applicable re-examination fee.
- Any student found cheating or using unfair means during examinations will face disciplinary action, including cancellation of examination or course registration.

Student Rules & Regulations for Conduct & Discipline
- Students must maintain respectful behaviour towards faculty members, staff, fellow students, and institute property.
- Any misconduct, abusive behaviour, damage to institute property, or violation of institute discipline may result in suspension or cancellation of admission.
- Visitors are not permitted inside classrooms, laboratories, or computer labs without prior permission.
- Mobile phones should remain on silent mode during class hours and may only be used with faculty permission.
- Institute computers, internet facilities, and digital resources must be used strictly for educational purposes. Accessing illegal, inappropriate, harmful, or unauthorized content is strictly prohibited.
- Additional or remedial classes may be conducted whenever required to complete the course syllabus.
Student Responsibilities
- Students are encouraged to actively participate in classroom learning, practical sessions, assignments, workshops, seminars, and skill development programmes conducted by the institute.
- Students should maintain honesty, discipline, punctuality, and respect while representing Sai Digitech Professional Institute (SDPI).
- Students are expected to regularly check institute notices, complete assignments on time, maintain their study materials, and cooperate with faculty members and fellow students.
- Students should maintain proper classroom etiquette, use institute resources responsibly, and contribute towards a positive learning environment.
- Following these responsibilities helps students develop professional skills, improve academic performance, and build successful careers.
Certificates & Awards
Course Completion Certificates, Diplomas, and other awards will be issued only after:
- Successful completion of the course.
- Clearance of all institute dues.
- Fulfilment of attendance requirements.
- Successful completion of examinations and practical assessments.
Complaints, Suggestions & Feedback
- Students are encouraged to submit their feedback, suggestions, or complaints through the official Student Feedback Form available in the Student Corner section of the SDPI website.
- Every genuine concern will be treated confidentially and reviewed by the institute management.
- The institute reserves the right to reschedule classes, examinations, workshops, or training sessions due to unavoidable circumstances.

Batch Timing
Batch timings may be revised by the institute depending upon batch strength, faculty availability, operational requirements, academic schedule, or student performance.
Institute Rights
Sai Digitech Professional Institute (SDPI) reserves the right to modify course curriculum, schedules, examination dates, batch timings, faculty assignments, fee structure, rules, regulations, or institute policies whenever required.
Students are expected to comply with all updated institute rules, policies, and official notifications issued by the institute from time to time.
Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising out of admission, training, certification, payments, examinations, or institute services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh only.
